Port grand is located at Napier Mole
bridge, a site that is very significant to the history of Karachi . The project stretches along 1,000ft
of Karachi
ancient 19th century Native Jetty bridge and it spreads over an area
of 200,000 sq ft.
Port grand complex is a recreational
area built in Karachi , Sindh Pakistan . The
project was a result of joint efforts made by the Karachi Port Trust and a
private Company Grand Leisure Corporation. This complex was launched for public
on 28 may 2011 with the opening ceremony by Ishratul Ibad.
This complex is a hub of shopping
dining cultural and coastal recreational activities in the city one Kilometer
bridge has been transformed into an entertainment and food enclave. It covers
40,000 Sq ft. The area and the space for kiosks and 11 restaurants of exotic
Pakistani and foreign and a variety of beverages.
The food enclave runs along the port
where you can view the sea while sitting on green benches lined across the
fresh green turf. The three spaced, apart metal barrier for the water however
tempting for adventurous children you can even see the cargo being loaded and
unloaded from the ships that arrived all over the world. Port grand is a world
class tourist destination and a pride of Karachi .
